Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, present menus, and guide selections while upselling to maximize average ticket. Take accurate orders accommodating dietary restrictions, then execute elegant table service aligned with luxury dining standards. Ensure dishes and beverages are delivered with correct timing, temperature, and presentation while maintaining immaculate table settings. Monitor satisfaction, anticipate needs, and process payments following all POS procedures. Communicate seamlessly with culinary and support teams to ensure flawless service flow. Uphold cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining room and side stations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of standing, walking, and carrying trays for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
