Conduct full cycle serving for catering events, including room setup, tear down, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and processing payments. Set up function areas according to the Banquet Event Order, prepare coffee breaks and buffet stations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene. Actively engage with guests to address concerns, report equipment deficiencies to supervisors, and accurately tally beverage consumption sheets while following safety policies. Work flexible event hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
