Job Summary
Casual Part-Time Server at Q Center responsible for the setup, service, and breakdown of food and beverages at all functions, delivering quality service and guest satisfaction on-site with a schedule that includes days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Requires BASSET and Food Handler certifications, or equivalent, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Duties include knowing menu items, proper liquor service under BASSET procedures, accurate money handling, maintaining SOPs, stocking and cleaning service areas, and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. Strong customer service skills and the ability to stand for extended periods are essential; shift flexibility and teamwork are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- BASSET and Food Handler certifications or equivalent
- customer service experience required and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
