Server - Carolina Ale House

Take food and beverage orders, serve promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction. Welcome and greet guests warmly; familiarize customers with the menu and make recommendations; relay orders to team members; serve food and beverages; bus tables; practice safe alcohol service; clean and reset tables; prepare and deliver the bill, process payments, and provide accurate change; anticipate guest needs and upsell menu items and daily specials to boost sales. The role requires excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Open interviews occur Tuesday through Friday 2pm-4pm.
