Job Summary
As a Server at Cardinals Nation, you will greet guests, take and serve beverage and food orders in a professional and prompt manner, ensuring outstanding service. Must communicate effectively with co-workers and guests while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities include promoting teamwork, monitoring alcohol consumption, handling cash accurately, and completing assigned side work. Qualifications include at least 1 year serving experience, knowledge of beverages, and the ability to meet state legal age requirements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast paced food and beverage venue, preferably nightclub environment
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred
- Must meet state legal age requirements
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
- Basic math skills are frequently used when handling cash and credit
