Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, take and process orders quickly and accurately using the POS system, and maintain outstanding service levels throughout the dining room. Anticipate guest needs, provide personalized service, and restock areas to keep the environment clean and organized. Follow alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices while working as part of a team to uphold high standards. Assist with side work during and after shifts to ensure smooth operations. This part-time role offers hands-on training and career growth opportunities within a family-oriented restaurant known for coal-fired pizza and wings across six states.
Required Qualifications
- A strong knowledge of our ACFP menu
- Understanding of alcohol service laws and responsible serving practice
- Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol in your state
- Ability to take and process orders quickly and accurately using the POS system
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
