Job Summary
Present food and beverage options to guests within the dining room area of the Sports Bar, focusing on creating personalized experiences. Handle high-volume, fast-paced service while listening to and responding to guest requests in a loud environment. Coordinate the simultaneous pouring, carrying of drinks, plates, and bowls, and write orders with skill. Maintain minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages and hold valid state, county, or local food handling and alcohol service certifications. Work in a high-volume setting requiring strong sportsmanship, hustle, spontaneity, community spirit, and fun.
Required Qualifications
- prior service experience, preferably in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (per applicable law)
- certified in state, county, or local food handling and alcohol service requirements
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment
- Skill and coordination at using hands to write, pour and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time
- Louisiana Responsible Vendor Card
