Server - Budweiser Brew House

Job Summary
As a Server at Budweiser Brew House, you will take food and beverage orders, serve guests promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service. You should have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food and beverage venue, preferably a nightclub. Responsibilities include greeting guests, up-selling items, checking ID for alcohol service, monitoring guest behavior regarding alcohol consumption, and completing side work. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with guests and staff. Must maintain a courteous and pleasant demeanor at all times.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving experience in a fast paced food and beverage venue, preferably nightclub environment
- Must meet state legal age requirements
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to handle, carry or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to efficiently and safely stand and move about the facility during each shift
