Job Summary
Server responsible for serving guests in a professional and welcoming manner, maintaining sanitation and safety, guiding patrons through menu selections, coordinating with kitchen and bar, noting dietary needs, delivering orders and checks, and upholding grooming and appearance standards; requires strong English communication, customer-service focus, teamwork, basic math, and knowledge of food-service regulations. Reports to the Vice President of Food and Beverage and participates in events as needed; position emphasizes delivering a memorable guest experience in Botanic’s garden/restaurant setting.
Required Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Excellent oral communication skills required
- Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English
