Job Summary
Greet guests, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery and serve dishes with proper presentation. Offer suggestive selling on appetizers, beverages, and desserts while monitoring table cleanliness and sanitation standards. Address guest concerns professionally and maintain knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and safety regulations. This role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Previous server experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with a positive and professional attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the restaurant industry.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds for extended periods.
