Job Summary
Lead the Guest Experience by tailoring service styles to meet individual needs from appetizers to desserts. Ensure order accuracy, handle payments, and anticipate guest expectations by offering promotions while utilizing bar and food knowledge. Champion the "Foundations of Hospitality" and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Practice responsible alcohol serving and build cohesive relationships with all team members through strong organizational skills and effective communication.
