Job Summary
Lead the Guest Experience by tailoring service style to meet individual needs from appetizers to desserts. Ensure order accuracy while maintaining a positive, guest-focused attitude throughout the dining experience. Champion a fun and safe work environment by building cohesive relationships with all team members and adhering to brand standards and food safety protocols. Effectively communicate goals, anticipate guest expectations, and utilize bar and food knowledge to offer promotions and handle payments. Maintain composure in a fast-paced setting while practicing responsible alcohol service. Achieve goals through strong organizational skills and effective time management.
