Job Summary

Take guest orders using menu knowledge and situational selling, then serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring all items meet company standards. Communicate professionally to determine needs, describe menu items accurately, and convey new promotions. Input orders into the POS system, pre-bus tables, and assist with approved side work as outlined. Practice safe food handling, clean up, and safely operate equipment like knives and coffee makers. Effectively handle guest complaints by involving the manager when appropriate. Interact with guests, manage crowds, and put customers at ease while they wait for meals or carryout orders. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

0-2 years related experience
Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
Computer skills (POS system)
Excellent guest service skills and experience
