Job Summary
Provide guest service by describing food/beverage, taking orders, delivering food, and processing payments; inform guests of specials and promotions, and make suggestions. Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance the dining experience. Address guest concerns and assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced dining environment; prior server or restaurant experience is preferred. Strong English communication and teamwork skills are required; mobility to stand for up to 8 hours; Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Previous Server or restaurant experience preferred
- Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
- English language and professional communications skills are required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
- Consistently operates registers (Point of Sales System)
