Job Summary
Engage guests by describing food and beverage, taking orders, and efficiently delivering meals while accepting payments. Inform guests of specials and promotions, answer questions, make suggestions, and utilize up-selling techniques to enhance the dining experience. Address guest concerns and assist in maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment. Consistently operate registers using the Point of Sales System. Must be at least eighteen years old with previous server or restaurant experience preferred. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
- English language and professional communications skills are required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
- Consistently operates registers (Point of Sales System)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Server or restaurant experience preferred
