Job Summary
Provide guest service by describing food and beverages, taking orders, and efficiently delivering food while processing payments. Inform guests of specials and promotions, answer questions, and make suggestions; use up-selling techniques to enhance the dining experience. Address guest concerns and inform management as needed. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the restaurant. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong reading, writing, math, and communication skills; ability to work in a team; professional English. Previous server or restaurant experience is preferred. Must be 18+ and able to stand for extended periods while operating POS systems. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
- English language and professional communications skills are required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
- Consistency in operating Point of Sale Systems (POS)
