Job Summary
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Welcome and greet guests within 30 seconds, introduce yourself, inform guests of specials, take and input orders into the Micros system, ensure accuracy, deliver food and beverages promptly, complete side work, anticipate guests' needs, build Regulars, maintain clean service areas, monitor guest satisfaction, process the final bill, and assist teammates as needed. Requires at least 1 year of service experience, ability to communicate with guests in the predominant language(s), basic knowledge of dining room procedures, and basic math skills for money handling and Micros system use.

- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a micros system
