Job Summary
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Welcome and greet guests within 30 seconds, introduce yourself, inform guests of specials, make recommendations, take and relay orders via Micros, deliver food and beverages promptly, maintain clean service areas, anticipate guests' needs, build Regulars, process final payments, and assist fellow staff as needed. Requires 1 year of service experience, basic math, ability to operate the Micros system, standing for extended periods, and the ability to lift 20-25 pounds. Located in Bentonville, AR, US; on-site employment with a flexible, team-oriented dining-room environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of service experience
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a micros system
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
- Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds
