Job Summary
Serve food timely using Bickford's process and interact with residents in the Dining Room to enhance their meal experience. Wash dishes, pots, and pans following the company's dishwashing procedure and complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule. Maintain the dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickford's cleanliness expectations. This role supports the culinary team within the restaurant-style "Bread Basket" dining experience at our senior living community.
Required Qualifications
- A Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one
- Exhibit a learner's Mindset
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
