Provide friendly hospitality and accurate order processing in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities include building positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and managers; prioritizing a quality customer experience with a warm and efficient service; developing knowledge of food and beverage menus; accurately ringing up food and drinks per customer order; assisting with bussing tables, greeting guests, and delivering food; maintaining clean sections and sanitized workspaces; providing safe alcohol service with proper ID checks and recognizing signs of intoxication; managing guest checkout with cash and credit transactions; assisting with carryout orders as needed; becoming knowledgeable about the Good Food Rewards program and applying company policy; following safety and sanitation procedures per policy and health regulations; coordinating with bar, kitchen, and management to ensure quality service.
