Greet and welcome guests, take orders, and serve menu items while maintaining menu knowledge to answer questions. Present guest checks, process payments, and follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Keep stations and service areas clean and organized, completing duties without constant supervision. Operate POS and beverage equipment while balancing and carrying multiple food and beverage items. Requires minimum age 18, ability to work weekends and holidays, and physical stamina for continuous standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.
