Job Summary
Bay Host servers welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, make food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, keep bays clean and organized, and ensure a welcoming space while driving sales through thoughtful suggestive selling. Role emphasizes teamwork with Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and alignment with Topgolf values (Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, Caring). The position is an hourly, part-time role with shifts that may include day, night, and weekends, with benefits and growth opportunities where eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Experience Serving Food & Beverages
- Legal age to serve alcohol (where required by law)
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lb
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
