Job Summary
Provide hospitable and customized service to guests by learning the menu to explain offerings and ensuring satisfaction through partner collaboration. Perform opening and closing duties while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with flexibility for weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus for this role at Chili's, a casual dining brand known for Big Mouth burgers, house smoked ribs, and hand-shaken margaritas.
