Server/Bartender

Provide immediate attention to guests upon seating, describe daily specials, and answer menu questions while offering suggestions. Take food and beverage orders, deliver food promptly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Replenish items as needed, maintain an organized workstation, and set up or break down golf stations every shift. Practice tray service for all food and beverage, utilize the Point-of-Sale system for checks and cash, and adhere to established service standards. Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests. Must be cross-trained in bartending, maintain a valid driver's license for golf cart operation, and ensure safe work practices. Requires regular, reliable attendance.
