Job Summary
Servers and Bartenders deliver attentive, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced, high-volume full-service restaurant. They collaborate with bar and support staff, manage orders via POS, ensure proper pacing and presentation of meals, handle guest interactions and payments, uphold alcohol-service standards, and participate in opening/closing side work. Responsibilities include menu knowledge (including allergens), guiding guest selections, maintaining cleanliness, supporting events or private dining as needed, promoting the rewards program, and adhering to safety and company policies. Requires at least 2 years of serving experience, relevant certifications, and ability to stand for extended periods; flexibility for shift schedules and high-volume periods. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years serving experience in a full-service restaurant required (high-volume experience strongly preferred)
