Job Summary
Join Pepe's team as a Server or Bartender delivering fast, friendly service in a high-energy restaurant. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking and delivering food and drink orders accurately, making menu recommendations, handling payments, keeping service and bar areas clean and stocked, collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth operations, and assisting with opening/closing tasks while adhering to food safety standards. Ideal candidates have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, multitasking ability in a fast-paced setting, excellent communication and people skills, dependability, and basic math/cash-handling skills. Preferred experience includes prior serving or bartending, POS system familiarity, and knowledge of restaurant operations, though not required. Flexible schedules and opportunities to grow are offered.
