Job Summary
Conduct full-service dining operations and manage bar duties in a busy neighborhood Italian restaurant. Execute total ownership of work during day shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, night shifts seven days a week, and weekend rotations. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety while delivering consistent hospitality to guests. Requires three-plus years of restaurant experience in high-volume environments, strong teamwork skills, and reliable availability for 4-8 hour shifts. Weekend coverage is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant experience in a busy, high-volume environment
- Well mannered and dressed individual
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Basic food safety and food allergy knowledge
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety
- Reliable, professional, and able to work efficiently during busy service
- OPEN AVAILABILITY
- Weekend availability is required
Desired Qualifications
- NYC Food Protection Certificate/Food Handler certification is a plus
