Job Summary
Server/Bartender role at Five Iron Golf delivering exceptional service across its bars and simulators. Responsibilities include guiding guests through menus, upselling beverages and menu items, using POS terminals to process orders and payments, serving food and drinks promptly, maintaining bar and simulator-area cleanliness, inventory management, creating specials and promotions, ensuring guest satisfaction by checking in with guests, staying current on technology and promotions, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Required skills include ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, stand/walk/bend for extended periods, obtain necessary licenses/certifications, meet minimum age to bartend, strong verbal/written communication, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Server, bar, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required.

- Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location.
