Job Summary
Prepare and serve food, beverages, and specialty coffee drinks while accurately processing cash, credit card, and room charge transactions. Greet guests warmly, take orders, and respond to inquiries with professionalism. Maintain menu knowledge, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and assist with stocking supplies. Clean and reset tables, bus the bar area, and complete pre- and post-shift responsibilities including mopping floors. Balance cash drawers, report maintenance issues, and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations. Requires a food handler's permit, ability to multitask under pressure, and willingness to work varied shifts including weekends, days, nights, and holidays.
