Job Summary
Server Bar Casa Chi facilitates food and beverage service to guests, promotes the restaurant image through politeness and tact, communicates with the team, upsells specials and beverages, relays orders to the kitchen, handles bills and cash procedures in Micros, maintains station cleanliness and supplies, assists with hostess duties, and participates in daily briefings and trainings. Requires English fluency, a High School diploma or equivalent, Food Hygiene awareness, basic math and legible writing skills, and TIPS certification. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected; hotel environment emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
