Job Summary
Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations with appropriate food and beverage as stated in Banquet Event Order. Set up tables, actions stations, buffets, service carts, dessert table/carts and cordial carts; serve courses and alcoholic beverages; communicate with kitchen on menu questions, wait times, recooks, and availability; follow cycle time guidelines; maintain cleanliness; assist guests with dietary needs and special requests; train and coach staff; ensure safety, uniform standards, and asset protection; provide professional guest service, anticipate needs, and work as a team to meet quality standards; capable of lifting objects up to 75 pounds with assistance and standing/walking for long periods; role hinges on on-site hotel banquet operations (Marriott Rhodes).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
