Job Summary
Delivers the mission statement and motto to each guest while inputting order information using the computer system. Serves drinks, food, and dessert with proper timing, maintaining a clean environment by wiping down surfaces and removing debris. Transports plates, glasses, and baskets approximately 40 times per shift, lifting bus-tubs and trays weighing up to 25 pounds. Requires ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for six-hour shifts, including bending, kneeling, and balancing. Must speak, read, and write the primary language of the work location. Follows proper uniform standards to uphold the restaurant's image in the community.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read and write and understand the primary language of the work location for the guests who typically visit the work location
- Ability to use computer system to input order information
- Must be guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing to serve different elements of dining experience at proper time (drinks, food, and dessert)
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours in length
- Must have good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, and ability to lift bus-tubs and trays frequently weighing up to 25 pounds
- Follows proper uniform standards
