Job Summary
Delivers the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time while using the computer system to input order information. Serves drinks, food, and dessert with proper timing, transporting plates, glasses, and baskets approximately 40 times per shift. Wipes down tabletops, table legs, booth seats, and floors, and lifts bus-tubs and trays weighing up to 25 pounds frequently. Requires the ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to six hours, maintaining good balance while bending and kneeling. Must speak, read, and write in the primary language of the work location. Follows proper uniform standards at this family-owned restaurant focused on training and guest loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read and write and understand the primary language of the work location for the guests who typically visit the work location
- Ability to use computer system to input order information
- Must be guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing to serve different elements of dining experience at proper time (drinks, food, and dessert)
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours in length
- Must have good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, and ability to lift bus-tubs and trays frequently weighing up to 25 pounds
- Follows proper uniform standards
