Job Summary
Delivers the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time while speaking, reading, and writing in the primary language of the work location. Uses the computer system to input order information and transports plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room and kitchen approximately 40 times per shift. Maintains guest sensitivity and timing to serve drinks, food, and dessert at proper intervals, while wiping down tabletops, table legs, booth seats, and debris. Stands and exerts fast-paced mobility for up to six hours, bending, kneeling, and lifting bus-tubs and trays weighing up to 25 pounds frequently. Follows proper uniform standards to uphold the company's appearance and image in the community.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read and write and understand the primary language of the work location for the guests who typically visit the work location
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours in length
- Must have good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, and ability to lift bus-tubs and trays frequently weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must be guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing to serve different elements of dining experience at proper time (drinks, food, and dessert)
- Follows proper uniform standards
