Job Summary
As a Server, you will greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu with expert knowledge of specialties and wine pairings, and provide tableside service including presenting options, taking orders, and performing wine service. You will manage guest checks, process payments via POS (Micros/Aloha), maintain a pristine dining area, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, high-quality service in an upscale dining environment. This full-time role emphasizes hospitality, professionalism, and the ability to engage guests in a memorable dining experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving experience (fine dining/upscale background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and proper food handling
- Must be at least 19 years of age with valid Beverage/Food Handler certification through Mobile County Health Department
- Ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
