Job Summary
Greet guests promptly and present menus, detailing specials and allergens. Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while checking on them regularly to ensure satisfaction. Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. This role requires previous experience as a server or in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
