Job Summary
Take orders, anticipate guest needs, and deliver meals and beverages efficiently while maintaining high-quality service. Relate with guests to ensure satisfaction and make thoughtful upselling suggestions in compliance with Auberge Resorts Collection standards. Accurately input orders into the POS system, handle billing, and operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment. Ensure outlets remain tidy, organized, and follow safe food handling procedures. This full-time, year-round non-exempt position offers a wage of $12.14/hr plus tips. Candidates must have at least one year of foodservice experience, good knowledge of food and wine, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry
- Good knowledge of food and wine
- Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol
- Superior professional appearance and manner
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
- Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position
