Job Summary
Assist the Server's team by stocking, cleaning, and managing the flow of your section. Set and reset tables before, during, and after service with clean silverware, glassware, and share plates. Handle pre-bussing and bussing, immediately clean spills and broken glassware, and maintain all equipment and supplies per safety standards. Refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages throughout meal service. Deliver on guests' expectations and perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs. Anticipated shift times in summer are between 10:30am and sunset.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Basic communication skills
- Food and beverage experience
- Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis
- Must maintain a drug-free workplace
- Must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing
