Job Summary
Stock, clean, and handle the flow of your section by setting and resetting tables with polished silverware, glassware, and share plates. Pre-buss and buss tables during service, assist servers with service steps, and immediately clean all spills and broken glassware. Refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages throughout meal service while maintaining equipment in good working order. Deliver on guests' expectations and perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs. You must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, stand and exercise mobility for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Basic communication skills
- Food and beverage experience
- Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis
- Must maintain a drug-free workplace
- Must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing
