Job Summary
Servers create an uncompromising dining experience by delivering genuine hospitality, answering questions about the menu, selling food and drinks, and communicating orders to the kitchen. Responsibilities include maintaining guest focus and an excellent guest experience, possessing strong knowledge of food and beverages (wine and craft cocktails a plus), keeping stations clean and stocked, performing cleaning duties, handling cash and transactions accurately, assessing guests’ needs and preferences to make recommendations, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Requires the ability to multitask, adapt to varied shifts (nights, weekends, holidays), and may require a food handler's certification depending on local regulations; education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of restaurant experience.
