Job Summary
Present menu, answer questions, and make food suggestions while recording orders in the POS system. Relay orders to the kitchen, serve courses from service bars, and observe diners to address additional requests. Total bills and accept payments while maintaining composure and hospitality with guests and staff. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring excellent multitasking skills, with a flexible schedule covering days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role is part of a 100% employee-owned company where staff are eligible to become owners.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of previous fine dining server experience preferred
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- Must hold Alcohol Safety Certification
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
