Inventory and stock server stations, ensure tables are clean and up to standard, and prepare each table with necessary dinnerware. Greet tables immediately, offer water and drinks, and inform guests of any specials or promotions while making recommendations. Assist guests with questions or complaints, communicate with bar and kitchen staff to ensure quick and accurate service, and take and serve orders. Issues checks, accept and run payment promptly, and provide change if necessary. This a la carte, banquets, and beverage cart server role requires proven restaurant experience, high attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in high-stress situations.
