Job Summary
Present menu, answer guest questions, and make food suggestions. Record orders in the POS system, relay orders to the kitchen, and serve courses from service bars. Observe diners to respond to additional requests, total bills, and accept payments while maintaining composure and hospitality. Work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with Sunday and Monday availability required. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 25-50 pounds.
