Job Summary
The Server at Friendship Village of Dublin is responsible for providing 5-star service to residents and guests in the Culinary Department. Key responsibilities include greeting residents, setting tables, taking and delivering food orders, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication, collaboration with staff and residents, and adherence to hygiene standards. While fine dining experience is preferred, training is available.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.
- Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred; will train.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
