Server Assistant - Wildflower

Assist guests with menu items and beverage lists while clearing tables and dishware in a timely manner. Maintain full knowledge of food preparation methods and promotions, adhering to all safety and sanitation policies. Provide calm, courteous service under pressure, utilizing strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Hold a BC Serving It Right Certificate and be 19 years of age or older to serve alcohol. This full-time role starts August 2026 at $19.85 per hour, with rate increases after six months and annually up to $22.00 at three years. Staff receive subsidized accommodation, complimentary cafeteria meals, and access to the Employee Travel Program, including golf and ski passes.
