Server Assistant

Clear and reset tables after guests leave, set tables with clean linens, and scrape and stack dirty dishes for kitchen cleaning. Promptly greet seated guests, serve ice water and coffee, locate requested items, and respond to guest requests by communicating needs to servers. Carry food, dishes, and trays from kitchens to counters, clean up spills, and maintain adequate supplies of linens and glassware. Assist servers with food service, polish counters and floors, fill beverage dispensers, and inspect assigned restrooms. Coordinate with the host to expedite seating and fill in for fellow employees as needed to support efficient restaurant operations.
