Job Summary
Server Assistant at Drake’s Hollywood is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas, assisting servers, bartenders and hosts, running food and beverages to guest tables, clearing used dishes, and communicating with staff to ensure efficient seating and guest service. Requires 18+ years old, English fluency, TABC certification, and state/local food and alcohol service certification.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and work ethic
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while being positive, respectful, professional and having a genuine attitude towards guests and colleagues
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- TABC Certification, as required
- Certified for food and alcohol service as is required by State and Local Agencies
