Job Summary
Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas, including resetting vacated tables and adhering to health and safety standards. Assist servers, bartenders, and hosts by running food from the kitchen to tables after ensuring courses are complete and accurate, while also delivering beverages from the bar. Remove used dishes and silverware between courses and after guests depart, and communicate with the hostess to assure efficient seating and table utilization. Requires TABC certification, food and alcohol service certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
