Job Summary
Conduct overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas, including resetting vacated tables and removing used dishes between courses. Assist servers, bartenders, and hosts by running accurate food and full beverages to guest tables while communicating for efficient seating and table utilization. Maintain assigned service areas to adhere to health and safety standards and perform general cleaning tasks. Ensure each course is complete and accurate before delivery. Requires TABC certification, food and alcohol service certification, ability to lift 50 pounds, and fluency in English.
