Job Summary
Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas, including resetting vacated tables and removing used dishes between courses. Assist servers, bartenders, and hosts with food descriptions, ingredients, and menu items while running prepared courses and full beverages to guest tables. Communicate with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient seating and table utilization. Perform general cleaning tasks adhering to health and safety standards and execute other duties as assigned. This role requires TABC certification, food and alcohol service certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
